Moulds for Plastic Separator
  These Moulds are used in the Injection Molding Machine for fabricating the plastic parts / separator. Both 2 cavity and 4 cavity moulds are available as per customer’s requirement.

Mould life is guaranteed at 10 Million Shots as per International Standards.

We preferred for the customer to provide us the drawings of the moulds required by them, if drawings not available samples of the finished part will be required for designing.
Winding Arbor /Copper Wire Winding Mould for Deflection Yoke
  These moulds are fixed on to the Horizontal Winding Machine. Moulds are supplied with the Fixture Plate / Disc. We prefer for the customer to provide us the drawing of the Winding Arbor. If drawings not available then samples of the finished DY and separate samples of the wound copper wire is mandatory to design the contour / curvature of the arbor.

  We are in a position to supply complete Production lines for manufacturing of Electron Gun. We can also undertake turnkey projects to convert manual production lines to semi automatic or fully automatic as per customer’s requirement.

We prefer for the customer to provide us the drawings of the Jig / Mould. If drawings not available then samples are mandatory of the various parts / grid so that a drawing can be developed of the assembly Jig.
