Compared with ABS and
AS pure resin, GRABS and GRAS offer higher
tensile strength, flexural strength, flexural
modulus and heat distortion temperature,
and lower coefficient of linear thermal
expansion and mould shrinkage, and excellent
electrical properties and size stability.
GRABS and GRAS also improve weatherability,
slackness resistance, creep resistance and
fatigue resistance. They are ideal materials
to make highly precise products, so they
can be widely applied in domestic electronic
/ electric appliance and instrument industries,
making tape recorder core base plates, tape
case, instrument and camera casing, sewing
machine parts and electric tools and making
variable impellers of air-conditioner fan,
centrifugal blower and axial-flow fan etc. |

GRPA overcomes PA’s
weakness of strong hygroscopicity and raises
Pa’s using temperature, surface hardness,
tensile strength and abrasion resistance.
It can be used instead of metal to make
gears, transmission parts, electric appliance
case, wire frame, insulated components,
oil-resistant and abrasion – resistant
parts.  |

Masterbatches can be directly used PE or
PP processing to reduce production cost.
We can provide EHF-115, PHF-116 and EHF-120T.
EHF-115 is based on PE carrier and filled
with Calcium Carbonater (CaCO3), PHF-116
based on PP carrier and filled with CaCO3,
and EHF-120T based on PE carrier and filled
with Talc. All HF master batches can be
used to make film, woven bag, thermal insulation
material etc.  |
